By accessing and using this platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. These terms define how we collect, manage, and use your information—and what we expect from you as a CRM user.
This platform is provided solely for active TECHenya clients. Please review the full terms below.
1. User Eligibility and Access

Access to the TECHenya CRM is limited to authorized clients and users assigned by TECHenya Solutions.

By using the CRM, you confirm that you are either the account holder or a designated representative of your organization.

Unauthorized access, sharing of login credentials, or usage for purposes outside of agreed business functions may result in immediate suspension.
2. Data Collection and Usage

We collect data that you or your organization input into the CRM, including business information, contacts, communications, campaign data, and interactions.

We use this data strictly for service delivery, performance analysis, optimization of campaigns, and personalized support.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties outside the scope of service delivery, unless legally required.
3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input into the CRM.

You agree not to use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, malicious, or confidential third-party data without consent.

You must ensure that all users under your account comply with these terms.

You agree to maintain your login credentials securely and report any suspected unauthorized access.
4. Confidentiality and Data Security

All data you input into the CRM is treated as confidential and protected using industry-standard security measures.

We employ encryption, secure login protocols, role-based access control, and trusted server infrastructure to keep your data safe.

While we take every reasonable measure to secure your data, no system is 100% immune to breaches or cyberattacks. Therefore, TECHenya Solutions cannot take responsibility for any data lost or accessed as a result of a malicious hack or force majeure event.

We strongly advise all users to enable two-step verification (2FA) where possible to add an extra layer of account protection.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and reporting any suspicious activity immediately.
5. Service Availability and Limitations

The CRM is designed to be available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages.

We reserve the right to suspend service temporarily for updates, enhancements, or security improvements.

TECHenya Solutions shall not be liable for any business losses resulting from system unavailability, data loss, or third-party interference.
6. Termination and Account Deactivation

Either party may terminate CRM access with 14 days’ written notice.

In cases of misuse, violation of terms, or overdue payments, TECHenya reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts without prior notice.

Upon termination, all data will be retained for up to 30 days before being securely deleted, unless otherwise requested in writing.
7. Amendments and Updates

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, policies, or legal requirements.

Clients will be notified of major changes via email or through a platform notification.

Continued use of the CRM after changes are published implies agreement with the revised terms.
